Moving In or Out Clean / Deep Clean

Whether you are handing back the keys at the end of a tenancy, preparing a property for new tenants, or getting ready to move into a new home, our moving in or out clean leaves every room fresh, sanitised and ready. Our deep clean goes further than a regular visit. It is ideal for a home that has not had a thorough clean for a while, before a special occasion, or as a seasonal fresh start. We work through the property methodically, room by room, paying attention to the areas that are usually missed. Our English-speaking, fully-trained and security-vetted staff treat every property with the same care they would give their own home, from a 1 bedroom flat to a large family house, across London. Kitchen Deep Clean
- Degrease and clean the inside and outside of the oven, hob, grill and extractor hood
- Clean the inside and outside of all cupboards and drawers, including shelves and door fronts
- Clean the inside of the refrigerator and freezer, including shelves, drawers and door seals (empty and defrosted before our visit)
- Clean the microwave inside and out
- Clean the outside of the dishwasher and washing machine, plus door seals and detergent drawers where accessible
- Descale and clean the sink, taps and plughole
- Clean tiled splashbacks and grout
- Wash and polish all worktops and surfaces
- Wipe down walls, light switches, sockets, door handles and skirting boards, removing marks where possible
- Clean the inside of the windows, frames and sills
- Empty and wipe down the bins
- Vacuum and mop the floor, including edges and corners
Bathroom and Toilet Deep Clean
- Clean and disinfect the toilet inside and out, including the cistern, seat hinges and behind the base
- Remove limescale and soap scum from the bath, shower cabin or screen, taps and shower head
- Clean tiles and grout, removing mould and mildew marks where possible
- Clean the sink and plughole, and polish the taps and chrome fixtures
- Polish mirrors and glass
- Clean cabinets and shelves inside and out (emptied before our visit)
- Clean towel rails and radiators
- Clean extractor fan covers, light fittings, switches and sockets
- Wipe walls, doors, door frames and handles
- Vacuum and mop the floors, including edges and corners, and empty the bins
Bedrooms, Living Areas and Hallways
- Clean the inside and outside of wardrobes, shelves and drawers (emptied before our visit)
- Dust and wipe all surfaces, ledges, picture rails and picture frames
- Dust and clean light fittings, lampshades, light switches and sockets
- Clean doors, door frames, handles and skirting boards
- Clean the inside of the windows, frames and sills
- Clean around fireplaces and radiators
- Wipe down staircases, banisters and handrails
- Spot clean marks on walls and doors where possible
- Vacuum carpets and stairs, and mop hard floors, including edges and corners
- Empty the bins and leave every room clear and tidy
Moving Clean or Deep Clean: Which Do You Need?
- Moving out clean: For empty or nearly empty properties at the end of a tenancy or sale. Every room is cleaned to a handover standard, which helps you meet the cleaning requirements in your tenancy agreement.
- Moving in clean: Book before you unpack, so cupboards, appliances and surfaces are clean and you start in a fresh, sanitised home.
- Deep clean: For lived-in homes that need a thorough reset, such as a seasonal refresh or before hosting family and friends.
- How to prepare: Please empty cupboards, wardrobes and the fridge, defrost the freezer, and make sure water and electricity are on.
- Soft furnishings: Sofas and chairs can be freshened with our Upholstery Cleaning service.
